Postage and Packaging

All items are sent out by First Class postage and items over £10.00 are sent out First Class recorded and must be signed for upon delivery.

Delivery usually between 2 to 5 working days but once packages are in the hands of the Post Office we have no control over the delivery time.

Returns Policy

If we have incorrectly supplied an item then we will pay the return postage and provide a correct replacement in a reasonable time period once the original item has been returned to us in a saleable condition (ie unused), in it's original packaging and complete with original invoice. If the item is not returned in it's original packaging regretably a refund can not be offered. 

Regrettably incorrectly ordered items can be returned provided they are in a saleable condition and in the original undamaged packaging but are subject to a 10% re stocking fee and postage will not be refunded. If the item is not returned in it's original packaging regretably a refund can not be offered.

Please note: If an item is to be returned, CarWingMirror.co.uk must be informed within 7 days of receiving the item and said item must be returned within 14 days. Regrettably any correspondence beyond this time period cannot be entered into.
